The collaboration between Evergreen Seniors Home and the Campbell River Hospice Society is committed to providing quality end-of-life care for patients and their families in Campbell River and surrounding areas.
THE ANNUAL HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN
We are currently hosting its Annual Campaign until December 31, 2021. This year's request for support is for the development of the Suites at Evergreen and the increasing demand for our programs and services offered at no cost to our community and area.
A flexible, private
home-like environment for you and your family
The Hospice Suites at Evergreen are fully equipped for all your needs. The kitchen includes all the appliances and cookware you will need to accommodate visitors and family. If you prefer meals can be provided. The suites also include a washer-dryer, hide-a-bed couch, single spare bedroom, fireplace, outdoor patio, two TVs, hospital bed and accessible bathroom and shower. Families can stay at no extra charge and visitors can visit 24/7.
All services for patients and families are included
24/7 access to professional nursing care
Fee for Service
The fee is private pay. Due to lack of government funding, we developed this collaboration to keep the fees as low as possible for our community. All other services are offered by the CR Hospice Society at no charge. The Campbell River Hospice Society fundraises to help subsidize the fee for the suites when possible.
You can make a donation or leave a legacy to help subsidize these suites.
You can start the process by completing the Admission Application: online, printing a copy or pick-up an application at the Campbell River Hospice Society 440 Evergreen Road.
