All services are offered at no cost. Donations appreciated
You, your loved one, a social worker, a nurse or a doctor can call, drop in or complete a referral form online.
Once you connect with us, our clinical counsellor will complete a short intake to decipher your care needs. During your journey with Hospice, the staff will continue to be involved and evolve your care plan as needed.
There is no cost for our services thanks to our community donors, stakeholders, volunteers,
Hospice Second to None Thrift Store and the Government of British Columbia.
